The experienced team at QSpex® Technologies, Inc. has developed a unique and patented method to produce high quality premium lenses in your office. It's simple, cost effective and, above all, the lenses and treatments provide your patients with the high quality you demand.
- All lens treatments are provided pre-applied to the inside surface of each mold and the treatments transfer to become part of the lens during the polymerization (curing) process.
- Actual hands on time required to produce a pair of lenses is less than 5 minutes, freeing up the individual operating the system for other office duties.
- The QSpex® System employs single use, plastic disposable molds eliminating the need to clean molds after use – they are simply thrown away or recycled with other recyclable plastics.
- No gaskets are required since each back mold is supplied with a pre-attached single use disposable lens spacer.
